Views are beautiful!

It has well-appointed and well-kept rooms and there was free Wi-Fi included. The venue has particularly good and stunning setting to cafes bars etc. Staff is always outstandingly accommodating and amiable.

The apartment is in a great location near the beach and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, creating a family atmosphere.

Well we appreciated this place, spent 1 fine day here. Staff was accommodating, helped us with everything. The view of harbour was stunningly beautiful! Exceptional setting for everything we could possibly need.

We truly enjoyed the experience here. Rooms were always tidy and spotless with bed right opposite oven. There was a nice pool and views of the mountain and the sea.

It's a pity but the bathroom was extremely small.

We had a fabulous time during our Xmas holiday! The apartments were nice, clean, and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location was amazing, with the waterfront just across the road and only a short walk or drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Plus, we enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean liners and ships coming and going from our balcony and patio area.

Although we had a reserved parking space, parking was a bit tricky with small spaces and cars encroaching upon our spot at times.

staff is welcoming and kind. nice to have kitchen to prepare some food. the harbour view here is incredibly beautiful.

Electric blankets were provided in advance. It had a private bathroom. It opened onto harbor:)))

The room was well-appointed and had a great pool, and the bed was conveniently located across from the oven.

The location of Capri On Pilot Bay was ideal, close to the main beach, cafes, and across from Pilot Bay. the apartment was well-appointed and exceptionally clean. We received a warm welcome from the reception, and the beds were very comfortable. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall quality of the place was evident. the swimming pool was also a great feature.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

I came for 4 days of relaxation and achieved my goal. My 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, overlooking the pool, and meticulously clean. It was one of the best appointed apartments I have stayed in within NZ. The location was convenient, with nearby cafes and a small suprette. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The apartment complex was set back from the road, offering peace and quiet. It will be my "go to" for future stays.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We got excellent value for our money with a perfect room and facilities that exceeded our expectations at Capri On Pilot Bay. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, shopping. The staff, especially Andrew, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Breakfast items could have been improved by including body wash along with the provided shampoo and conditioner.

The check-in process was a breeze, the bed was really comfortable and had electric blankets, the location was amazing and convenient, just a 15-minute walk from Pohutukawa Gallery, and the staff was professional and offered helpful tips.
